Active call list Displays the incoming events (that are set to be displayed) received from the controllers connected to the computer. To start using the QuTeWatch system, you need to understand all the fields on this screen. This screen in called the “Active Calls” screen and gives a list of all the alarms received. This block is commonly referred to as the “Stack” of alarms to be attended to. You will see there are different colours in this block. The colours are set out as follow:Site Id Column (Left column) Flickering red and yellow shows multiple activation on your alarm or events. Red means there is an alarm displayed in the stack that no action has been taken on yet. Green means that some action has been taken already. Yellow means someone is busy working on the alarm, check before any actions are taken. Co Column (Middle column) White means normal. All operators can see the call.Red indicates that the call is locked and not shown on other operators screens. Event Description colour coding (Right column) White - call is on the screen less that 5 minutes Lime - call between 5 - 10 minutes on the stack Yellow - call between 10 - 15 minutes on the stack Red - call between 15 - 20 minutes on the stack Purple - call more than 20 minutes on the stack Aqua - call has been locked for dispatch |
